He submitted the names to the assembly for vetting and approval. Several CECs were rejected by the assembly. The CECs were left hanging for almost a year in the streets. One MCA was involved in a tragic accident, the person who helped him in the hospital was a CEC he participated in rejecting his name during the vetting. As they "Tenda Wema Nenda Zako". The MCA learnt a big lesson the hard way. Several months later the CEC with his peers were vetted again and approved by the same assembly. The injured MCA might have chosen to repay him this way. The no nonsense CECs worked tirelessly trying to bring reforms in their respective departments without fear or favour. They fallout with their bosses namely "Pogii and Juthi Juthi". Human Wildlife is a perennial problem in Laikipia County  On 2rd September, Peter Njoroge, 52 years was trampled by an elephant as they walked to Mugumo Shopping Centre in Segera Ward. 13th October, Mzee Githua Waeru Kamoche, 76 was trampled to death by marauding elephants from the neighbouring South Marmanet forest. Where are those leaders who were busy saying that they would solve this issue of Human Wildlife Conflict during campaigns?  Does it mean they no longer watch the news? Check their social media platforms they all are quiet.  Nowadays it's very normal to be killed an elephant in this county.  What is the ultimate solution because electing new leaders does not change anything. 

Don't joke with the "untouchables".  They can do anything because they are pro-leadership.  If a 75 years old cucu can be locked up and fed with a mixture of monocotyledon dust (ugali) because of land tussle what about someone who tries to protest against them?
