Unsung Hero

Afterthought! 

Tomorrow, a youthful leader who rose from zeroes to heroes will be laid to rest. 

I did not have much interaction with him but I could see his moves via social media platforms while campaigning for Jubilee Party. 

At his age he has left a very big legacy and the tributes can easily tell. He made it to those levels without relying on any Laikipian leader. 

We have other Laikipia Youths who are so vibrant in National Politics but they have no backup from the local leadership. The battles they go through are beyond, it's only that they have no one to speak to.

My urge to the local leadership please it's high time you nurture and offer support to the upcoming Youthful leaders in Laikipia. Please stop fighting them, provide support and advise them. 

We all witnessed what transpired during the party nominations, if you try to look for any aggressive youthful leader who has created his or her profile Nationally you cannot name even one in the Laikipia County Assembly. The reason being no Laikipia leader was willing to lobby for them, they just focused on their interests, too bad!

Our own is celebrated so much elsewhere yet our local leadership did not know if he existed. What a f*ckwit indeed. Such a person was even supposed to be CECM or in a Youth advisory in Laikipia, Anyway! 

This should be an eye opener to Laikipia leaders. Please do something. You have the platform to nurture and give opportunities to our "Youths". They are capable of delivering. You will not lose anything if you lift them at their tender age. Other leaders in Mt. Kenya and Rift Valley are helping their own who even rise even beyond them. Why are you so rigid in doing so?

Ivory Coast pulls a magical comeback to beat Nigeria in a thrilling match in Abidjan.  Ivory Coast players celebrating at full-time after winning against Nigeria Emerse Faé side had to battle it harder after the super eagles took an early lead from their skipper Ekong through a free header.  A spectacular equaliser deep in the second half from Kessie gave the Ivorians huge hope to keep on pressing for more. Why Keep The Dorper Sheep

The Dorper is a crossbreed of Dorset horn and a Blackhead Persian sheep.It was bred by the South African Agricultural Department for a suitable meat sheep to the more arid areas. The breed is barel shapped,hornles with short, dull black/white hair on the head with black feet.They have short hair and coarse wool.The black headed ones are Dorper while the white headed ones are White Dorper. Lambs mature rapidly,at the age of four months the breed is ready for the market, for better mutton production  producers can wait a little longer.
